Scheduler 7 lets you schedule all proceedings for specific dates, times, and locations, from any networked PC.
JAVS Scheduler 7 is a session scheduling software application designed to work exclusively with the JAVS Recorder 7 and JAVS Signage 7. Scheduler 7 includes tools to let you create, edit, move and delete schedules for any date on the calendar. When combined with JAVS Signage 7, schedules and session information are automatically displayed to meeting areas outside your courtroom or boardroom.
Scheduler 7 allows the user to choose automatic start and/or stop of record sessions at specific times. Start times can be scheduled to commence 5, 10, or 30 minutes early.
Sealed sessions can be created and assigned to any department for added security. Sealed sessions do not display, nor can not be located or searched by unauthorized users.
Schedules can be viewed or entered either by time or by order. Calendar views give users the ability to view schedules by work week, week or month.
When creating schedules all other session information can be enter at any time. Track exhibits and party information, enter or change your session properties to steamline your data entry during your session recording.
Scheduler 7 allows for default party information to be entered with one click, free form text entry allows for party information to be entered quickly. If a party has been added before, autocomplete allows users to enter information even faster. Record sessions can be selected from a drop down menu to even further streamline session property entry.
Network enabled, Scheduler 7 allows any PC to search, create, edit and publish schedule information. Enterprise mode allows authenticated users to schedule and share appointments across the organization. Since Scheduler 7 is a network-based application, you do not need to be in the room. Schedule meetings, add users and create auto start and stops from any remote location. Centralized configurations will allow a receptionist or executive assistant to schedule and reserve rooms for the entire group.
Scheduler 7 allows for your current schedules to be display automatically to any professional signage display when connected with JAVS Signage 7. Successful deployment of digital signage no longer requires having a dedicated resource for content creation and management. Enter your record sessions, and their information is posted automatically by Signage 7. If no schedules exist, Signage 7 will display your customized informational slides, to inform the public or your employees with any pertinent content.
