JAVS Signage 7 displays scheduling information for a single location without additional user management or content creation needed. High resolution outputs with stock backgrounds and multiple transition effects provide a professional look and feel, for use by anyone. Signage 7 can display multiple image file formats—bitmap, jpeg, or png graphic, as slides, for dissemination of information to a client’s audience.
JAVS Signage 7 is a rack-mountable, network enabled, hardware device designed to display the schedule of a given location for the current date on a VGA, DVI-D or HDMI connected monitor of a client’s choice. The player can be configured for portrait or landscape mode, on either a 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratios.
Signage 7 connects to the JAVS scheduling database and displays the schedules automatically. This removes the need for personnel to learn new software and daily create dynamic content, such as schedules. When no schedules are available, Signage 7 can display slides to notify a client’s audience of upcoming events and notices, as well as venue rules and etiquette.
To further increase return on investment, Signage 7 provides multiple energy efficiency features. The power supply is 80 Plus® certified, which provides up to 100 cost-free days of operation during idle a year. Additionally, during off‐hours, Signage 7 will automatically switch the attached monitor to Energy Savings mode and reduce processing power of the Signage 7 player, reducing the overall power consumption of Signage 7.
Once connected, Signage 7 performs disk defragmentation and weekly reboots during off-hours to help maintain system stability automatically, no administration is needed.
Schedule Display Formats
• Only show schedules during a set number of hours
• Toggle on/off the display completed schedules
• How long to show each page if multiple pages are required to show all schedules
In addition to displaying the current schedule on the attached monitor, Signage 7 will also show the current location, the local time and the current record session, and whether the session is currently in progress or not.
