Our free JAVS recording viewing software is the preferred way to view a JAVS audio video digital court recording. Viewer 7 provides numerous helpful playback options including an interactive table of contents created when AutoLog 7 is used to create log notes either during a live session. (POST logging is coming soon!) Remember, because JAVS records in standard WMV format, you can always view a JAV recording with any device that will playback a WMV file, including Flip4Mac on you Apple Macintosh device. A WMV file can be easily converted to another file format for playback on other devices, including iPhone and iPad. If you’re an attorney who prefers working on a Mac, you might consider something like vmware’s Fusion 4 virtual Windows machine that turns your Mac into a PC when you need it to be one. We do this internally at JAVS all the time and it works great!
